10 TIPS FOR SUMMER VAGINAL HEALTH!

At the sea / beach / pool:

1. Take a shower before and after using the pool

2. Change the wet swimsuit immediately

3. Use 2 different towels at the beach: one for drying, one for the sunbed

There’s no need to risk bringing any bacteria from the chaise to your intimate area that will lead to infections.

4. No towel sharing!

Just like your toothbrush. Towels are this personal, thus no sharing occurs for maximum hygiene.

5. Washing the towels often is a must

Germs that accumulate on their surface can be transferred to your intimate area when wiping or after contact with the fabric on the sunbed. Therefore, it’s best to have at least 2 towels so that you can wash them often. It is advised to prefer high temperatures that “kill” the germs and then proceed with ironing.

 6. Avoid sitting directly on the sand
